Can I get a sample of a part I am considering?
Due to an overwhelming demand for samples, we can not supply samples of most items to NEW customers. All of our parts are described in detail with Spec sheets. If you need further information in order to make a selection, please call us toll free at (800) 929-5978 and a fastener specialist will be happy to help.
Does Eugene Fastener sell in quantities smaller than the box size listed?
The bulk quantities offer the greatest savings, but smaller package sizes are listed if available.
We offer "per piece" purchases on many of our products, with a minimum of $4 per line and a minimum total order of $24.
Do you offer quotes for larger orders?
Discounted pricing is available for large volume purchases. Quotes can be submitted directly through the web site.
Does Eugene Fastener accept blanket orders?
Blanket orders are great way to lock pricing for ongoing fastener needs. Let us know the quantities of the products you use on a regular basis and we can arrange shipment and billing of these items at convenient intervals.

How much does shipping cost?
Local pick up is available through our WCALL department in Eugene Oregon.
Free Local delivery is available for orders meeting a $50 minimum.
Out of area shipping is available and the shipping cost varies based on the weight and destination of your order. We primarily ship via UPS Ground, allowing us to keep costs down. If you need products faster, we have many options and courier services available to help find the right solutions for you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a confirmation along with the tracking number for the package (s). If you have difficulty tracking the package, please call us at (800) 929-5978
Will you ship on my account?
We can ship most orders on your UPS, Fed Ex or DHL account. Please inquire at check out.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Currently, international orders cannot be placed online and must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
