Wedge Anchors — The most widely used mechanical concrete anchor. Wedge anchors expand against the inside of a drilled hole to create a strong, permanent hold in solid concrete. Ideal for anchoring steel plates, columns, handrails, and heavy equipment to concrete floors and walls.

Foundation Anchor Bolts — Designed for new concrete pours. Foundation anchor bolts (also called J-bolts and L-bolts) are set into wet concrete before it cures, providing a threaded connection point for sill plates, columns, and structural steel.

Epoxy Anchors — For high-load and overhead installations where mechanical expansion isn't ideal. Epoxy anchor systems use a chemical adhesive to bond threaded rod or rebar into a drilled hole, providing excellent pull-out strength in cracked and uncracked concrete.

Screw Anchors — Concrete screw anchors thread directly into a pre-drilled hole in concrete or masonry. They are removable and reusable, making them a good choice for temporary or semi-permanent connections.

Hammer Drive Anchors — A fast, permanent anchor for light to medium-duty loads in concrete and masonry. Set by driving a pin through the anchor body with a hammer — no special tools required.

Toggle Bolt Anchors — For hollow-wall applications such as drywall over metal studs or hollow block. Toggle bolts use a spring-loaded wing to grip the back side of the wall, supporting heavier loads than standard drywall anchors.

Drywall Anchors — For lighter-duty fastening in drywall and plaster. Options include plastic expansion anchors, self-drilling anchors, and molly bolts for a range of weight capacities.

Bolt & Shield Anchors — A two-piece system for anchoring into concrete and masonry. The lag shield expands when the bolt is tightened, gripping the inside of the drilled hole. Good for medium to heavy-duty applications.

Common Applications

Anchor bolts and concrete anchors are used across a wide range of construction and industrial settings: securing structural steel columns and beams to concrete foundations, mounting heavy equipment and machinery to shop floors, attaching handrails, guardrails, and safety barriers, fastening sill plates in wood-frame construction, connecting embed plates and base plates in commercial buildings, and anchoring pipe supports, conduit, and mechanical systems to concrete walls and ceilings.
