How Strut Accessories Work Together
Every accessory bolts to strut the same way: a channel nut drops into the channel slot and locks a quarter-turn, then a bolt fastens the clamp, fitting, or bracket to it. No drilling, no welding. Because the parts share the standard 1-5/8" profile, accessories from different brands interchange, which is why a Unistrut, B-Line, or PowerStrut part number can be matched to an Eugene Fastener equivalent. Start with the channel nut for your channel depth, then add the clamps, fittings, and brackets the job needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are strut accessories?
Strut accessories are the parts that attach to strut channel to build supports and frames: channel nuts (the threaded anchors), beam clamps, pipe and cushion clamps, channel fittings (plates and angles), brackets and braces, post bases, trolleys, and end caps and hardware. They bolt on with channel nuts, so structures assemble and modify without welding.
Do strut accessories from different brands work together?
Yes, as long as they share the standard 1-5/8 inch profile. A channel nut, clamp, or fitting from one brand fits another brand's channel of the same size. If you have a Unistrut, B-Line, or PowerStrut part number, we can supply the matching part. See our strut cross-reference guide.
How do strut accessories attach without welding?
A channel nut drops into the open slot of the strut and locks with a quarter turn against the inturned lips. A bolt then fastens the accessory to the nut. The whole system is mechanical, so you assemble, adjust, and disassemble with hand tools.
Do you carry strut accessories in stainless steel?
Yes. Most accessories are stocked in electro-galvanized zinc as standard, with 316 stainless and hot-dip galvanized available for wet, coastal, and outdoor use. See our finishes guide to choose, and tell us the finish you need.
